What are the legal remedies for a false or malicious sexual harassment allegation made by a colleague at work?

A foreign colleague in a UK incorporated multinational has maliciously evoked a Sexual Harassment clause in the Group's Policy in an attempt to fix me. It has been rumoured all over the Group and formally lodged but not substantiated. It is all FALSE! I am deeply injured by the allegation(s). My boss even reprimanded me on that account without giving me the benefit of doubt.What are the legal remedies for a false or malicious sexual harassment allegation made by a colleague at work?

He or She, will be required substantiate the allegation with an evidence and you shall be given an opportunity to prove your innocences.
