Allegations of this type as well as sexual harrassment, is very difficult if not nearly impossible to disprove. You'll need to hire an attorney if the employer isn't providing one for you.

if it's against you, launch false charges of sexual harrassment aginst em, that aught to put a spanner in the works.
Involve the right wing media or the BNP.

What you classify as ';false'; may not be what others classify as ';false?'; Ask yourself the questions, would the actions/decisions have been the same, if it were another person? How has that person been violated due to your decision? Is there a violation or is this just a ';false statement?'; The burden of proof is on ';who's'; side? So, have all your eggs lined up
Try not to show that u r aware of wats going on. Take the battle into emails if you use them, and compile emails. Alternatively, to record incidents on Audio cassette mobile etc. Create substantial evidence. Then, take 鈥榚m to the employment tribunal. You will nail 'em, I 'm too in the process. they are now panicking and call me negotiations.
