The Civil rights investigation requires statements be made under oath. So, if employer lied , under oath, would it be best to file a retaliation charge, through the Civil Rights Commission, or can criminal charges be filed, through local law enforcement agency?If employer testified, under oath, and testimony was false, can I file criminal charge w/local law enforcement
Whereever you file you will have to provide proof of your allegations he lied. Can you do that?
