My felony conviction is Obtaing money by false pretenses over 10 years old, can we adopt from Korea?

They will look at any conviction and analyze it. That is not to say that it will be denied. If you have been straight for the last 10 years, have you considered seeing if you could get the conviction expunged? Laws are different between states and usually is based upon some high government bureaucrats opinions but it might be something to explore.
