What happens when an illeagal alien commits a felony in the United States with false documentation?

nothing....they are not subject to our laws! What happens when an illeagal alien commits a felony in the United States with false documentation?
if caught breaking the law, go to trial get off or jail time and the illegal alien serve their sentence and I believe only serious felons are turnover to INS for deportation and some enter United States of America the next week and get more fake document!!!What happens when an illeagal alien commits a felony in the United States with false documentation?
nothing happens to them
they`ll send him back to the old country..no or little jail time here then he`ll have a 5 or more years restriction to come back
If he/she burglarizes my house or harms my family, the pine box treatment would be protocol for such behavior.
If they put up a bond, they can run back to Mexico or some other South American country and escape our justice system, free to wait awhile and sneak back into the US with a different false ID. If they are found guilty in court, they will serve their jail time, minus good behavior days, so five years could be served in less than two. Then, they will be deported upon their release......free to sneak right back into the USA, free to get themselves another false ID and to commit more crimes until they get caught again. This is not much of a deterrent to crime, and is why we are hearing about illegals committing several felonies over a period of years. We need better control over our borders.
The government charges them for the crime (U.S. Government) under their real name as well as all their aliases and they are put through trial as any other American would be. While in jail on charges, immigration will likely put a hold on them as well for 1) committing a crime that is a deportable offense and 2) being here without documents. So then after the trial is over and the immigrant has served his or her sentence, the immigrant will be immigration proceedings for deportation.
~They probably get slapped on the wrist and allowed to skip next door to their house where they live.~
MALDF Represents them in court. The sue the people who arrested them, pocket the money and by a house in Illinois.
What should happen, often doesn't because of all the bleeding heart liberal organizations.
They serve their sentence like everybody else, then they are handed over to the INS who deal with the immigration infractions, if any.
In general, if you are here illegally and ICE is notified (which they should be for a felony arrest), they will begin removal proceedings to have you deported. ICE takes backseat to the courts, though. If you are tried and convicted and sentenced to jail, then you'll serve your jail time and ICE be waiting to deport you when you are released.
Jail time and deportation. Can't come back into the state for 5-10 years. But the coyotes always help out in that situation.
He is arrested %26amp; deported, hopefully to be tried in his own country. Otherwise he can be sent to one of those prisons where they send spies, war prisioners %26amp; terrorists.
Jail time, and deportation.
