What kind of sentence are we looking at for felony false pretense.?

he has 13 obtaining property by false pretense, felonies, pending. he did the work the lady asked him to do, she was hiding this from her boyfriend. the only thing he didnt do and that he tried to do is the siding. when her boyfriend found out he took out papers saying the work wasnt done. there is a signed contract, im not sure if that even matters, saying she is satisfied with the work that was done and the amount she payed. what do we need to do....what kind of sentence are we looking at for him. What kind of sentence are we looking at for felony false pretense.?
WoW...

Brevity is good, but clarity would probably serve you better in this instance.

From what I can deduce, this is a contractor/client dispute which has led to criminal charges being filed against the contractor.

The last thing you should be asking about right now is sentencing terms.

You want to prevent this matter from getting anywhere close to a sentencing hearing. Obviously, you need to immediately retain experienced, reputable legal counsel (a criminal defense attorney, in this case) to represent ';him'; - the defendant - (contractor?, handyman?, laborer?)

Unless you mean to imply that he has already been found guilty of 13 felony counts and his case is proceeding to sentencing already???!!!
