Help please!! Classe E felony False bomb threat in school?

I was justing joking and wrote a treat and now i getting charged what is the consequences because im only 16 and im getting charged with a felony please help me hereHelp please!! Classe E felony False bomb threat in school?
Get a lawyer. A felony can screw up employment later on in life. And for god's sake, respect the judge and the court. You don't want to look like the druggies on ';America's Most Wanted.'; Comb your hair, wash your face, shave, wear a clean shirt, and put on a tie. It helps in court.Help please!! Call a good attorney. That is your best bet.
Lawyer. That is the only way you will be able to get out of this with probation. Hopefully you wont go to jail for this.
There is no such thing as a ';false bomb threat';, as you call it. . All threats are real. They are not a joking matter, and are not legal.





An attorney will most likely get you through the criminal charges, but won't help you with administrative punishment by the school district. Plan on being expelled.

No help except get a lawyer and hopefully you can play up you were having some problems at home or something that made you act out for attention. You need to be very very contrite. Cry if you can, throw yourself on the mercy of the judge. Say you just weren't thinking and you didn't realize how serious it it. The more pitiful and sorry you can seem, the less likely you will have to serve time. But this is very serious. 16 is too old for stuff like that... usually folks leave that kind of mess behind by the time they are 12 or 13. Maybe you could get a Dr. to diagnose you with some kind of emotional problem.. that would help you out a lot.

Don't ever do that again. That $hit is taken very serious now days than when I was in school. Your parents need to get you a lawyer ASAP! Hopefully you haven't admitted to anything yet, stay silent and talk only to your lawyer!!
