What is statute of limitations on perjury--false testimony by employer during civil rights investigation?

Employer perjured themselves during a civil rights investigation into discrimination occurring at their company. i.e lied to the civil rights investigator and it has been proven that the employer did lie. However, the civil rights commission dropped the ball and so did EEOC by not pursuing this during the reviews. Newly received info documents the perjury. But I may want to pursue criminal charges instead. What is statute of limitations on perjury--false testimony by employer during civil rights investigation?
If a person conduct a perjury under investigation then it was under giving false statement and it was a criminal offence however only the police can pursue a criminal charges and it not up to your option. What you can do is to lodge a police report against it and produce the evidence of false statement or alternatively, you can lodge a complain against the civil rights investigator and the civil right commission finding in an appeal and show the prejury evidence, hopefully they will overturn the decision. What is statute of limitations on perjury--false testimony by employer during civil rights investigation?
only the government may peruse criminal charges,

you may try civil charge but you must have what is called standing to bring a civil suit
For it to be perjury, the statement must be made under oath. That is rarely done during an investigation.
