If someone was to fall breaking 5 ribs, cause false readings of blood work taken just days after the fall?

I had blood work done, just days after I broke 5 ribs, cholesterol, A1C, liver counts, and some kidney results came back too. almost all the results came back with low reading results and was wondering could that fall have caused false resultsIf someone was to fall breaking 5 ribs, cause false readings of blood work taken just days after the fall?
Severe pain can cause the body to secrete ADH, which causes more water to be reabsorbed by the body. This could dilute the blood and make your reading falsely low.
