Is stealing a social security number or creating a false social security number a felony?

You keep asking this question. Why? What are you afraid of moron???!!!Is stealing a social security number or creating a false social security number a felony?
You are only a felon when you have been convicted of a felony in a court of law.

I have answered your question.....

And you are ONLY a FELON when you have been convicted in a court of law. What is so hard about that????

The act of the crime is a felony, but that does not make you a felon in the eyes of the court until convicted.

So, lets say that you are caught doing this crime...with me? And lets say that this is your first offense and the prosecuting attorney gives you a plea bargain and only charges you with a misdemeonor, and you agree.......are you a felon? NO you are not a Felon. You are only a Felon when the court convicts you of a felony..

So what you are saying is that if you consider a person who commits a felonious crime a felon, then 99% of this country are felons, including many children.

Why don't you just say you are against illegal aliens.....that I agree with.Is stealing a social security number or creating a false social security number a felony?
Yes and No on both

It all depends on who your giving it to like the Police or a some one who you think may scam you

Police Yes it is a felony Scam Artists No it is not a felony unless you give out someones name that fits that SS#

Knowing an SS# is not a felony unless you use it to steal someones Identity
YES unless you are not a citizen then it gets you a job and protection in a sanctuary city and protection by certain Mayors
Yes it is. But Obama wont do anything about it. He wants to bring these people ';out of the shadows';, and make them legal.
Try it. Oh, and what's your name again? I'll need it to give to the feds.
Yes
