How well do false eyelashes work and what's the best kind to use?

Thanks. How well do false eyelashes work and what's the best kind to use?
false eyelashes make a *huge* difference! they take some practice to get used to applying and wearing, but you'll be glad you learned. I recommend starting with smaller, more subtle lashes before moving onto dramatic ones. My personal favorites are half lashes, which just girl a little lift at the outer corner of the eye. They're the easiest to apply too - don't be afraid to trim the lashes if they're too long for you. I usually wrap mine around my finger to warm them up a little and bend them to the curve of my eye, then. apply a bit of glue to the strip with a cut off q-tip stick. I wait about 15 seconds for the glue to get tacky, then apply. I use the rounded edge of a pair of tweezers to push them into my natural lash line. You want to get as close to your own lashes as possible.

Some of the higher end brands like MAC, makeup forever, and shu uemura make great lashes for special occasions, but ardell lashes from sally beauty are just as good as any, and they come in a HUGE range of styles. You can also get DUO surgical adhesive at sally beauty for much cheaper than MAC sells it.How well do false eyelashes work and what's the best kind to use?
it all depends on the look you're going for! strip lashes are the most popular but individuals are good when you want 'oomph' at the right spot. i know they sell some lashes thay come with a sticky strip on it already, but i dont trust them because the last thing you need is your lashes falling off when you're having a good time. but i do recommend a good glue - the best i know is duo. google it and you will find tons.
I use false lashes (the strip kind) fairly often. The best glue to use is Duo surgical adhesive which you can get from MAC. Always try to get lashes which have a clear strip (e.g. http://www.whispermag.co.uk/siteimage/sc鈥?/a> - these are MAC #7's btw), as these look more natural (as opposed to these which have that noticeable line - http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbvi鈥?/a>

If you don't have much experience in using false lashes, I really suggest purchasing them from MAC and asking them to show you how to do it.
depends on what kind you get.. the indivuals of the stipe....they both work well. my mom (super diva) wears all kinds but most the stripe because they are easier and u can use all kind there are alot of different stlye..u just put the glue on it and stick it on top of your eyelash...

the other kind are indivuals..there are not many styles of these just different lengths..i had the for the first time at prom (mom made me get them) the people at a nail shop did them they were REALLY pretty but for like a week my eyes were dry feeling..they last a long time(3 weeks for me) i had to pull mine off (and it hurt)

you know what they say pain is beauty

good luck
Yes, they do, but they can be a little tricky to put on. If you are only looking for a bit of extra volume you could even use those individual lashes, looks quite natural. MAC and Shu Uemura do a good range of fake lashes. Shu is my favorite : )
its ur wish.it will make ur eyes beautiful.
